Write the following down on a piece of paper, preferably with ink:

“Time stop now,
the place will not exist.
Let my soul go for all not to know
where I really belong.”

Read it to yourself before going to bed, and then fall asleep while thinking about your past life. It will come to you in a dream. If you do not see the dream, do not be mad: you don’t always see your dreams. Just try again, maybe reading it over more than three times you redo it.
