See Your Past Life In A Dream Spell

eclecticwiccans:

You will need the following items for this spell:

  • Your Voice

Write the following down on a piece of paper, preferably with ink:

“Time stop now,
the place will not exist.
Let my soul go for all not to know
where I really belong.”

Read it to yourself before going to bed, and then fall asleep while thinking about your past life. It will come to you in a dream. If you do not see the dream, do not be mad: you don’t always see your dreams. Just try again, maybe reading it over more than three times you redo it.

This does Not induce lucid dreaming.

Can you recommend me something to do this full moon?
Anonymous

sylvaetria:

Well, you can cleanse your tools out in the moonlight. If you have crystals - or a physical grimoire / Book of Shadows, or divination tools, or any object really - that you are concerned might be clouding up with bad energy junk, let it sit out overnight in the light of the moon, and it should be as good as new! :D (Energy-wise anyways.) Honestly the only thing I plan to do is leave my tarot deck out under a quartz crystal to cleanse it; it’s all I ever seem to do on full moons.

The full moon is prime time for any spell, really, but if you want specifics, the full moon is the best time to do spells regarding any of the following:

  • attracting things in general
  • protection
  • divination
  • romance
  • knowledge
  • prosperity
  • dreams

Here’s a post that might be useful for you as well - [General Practices: Full Moon].

Here are some things you can do specifically with the moon:

Here are some spells that are best performed on a full moon:

Have fun anon! :D

Little Love Spells

qedavathegrey:

image

It’s that time of the year – Valentine’s Day. While sure, you could spend your time beheading temple priests who wed Christian couples in the true(?) vein of the season, I’m sure most of us will be conforming to the more secular (capitalist) depiction of the “holiday.” For those trying to land yourselves a beloved – or just impress the one you have, I’ve compiled a few spells and charms to aid in the process.

Glowing Glamour

Finely Powder:

  • Onion Peel
  • Egg Shells (washed and dried)
  • Cinnamon
  • Rose (red, pink, coral)
  • Cardamom
  • Caraway – if you want more of a lusty influence

For those with a darker complexion, feel free to add varying amounts of cocoa to meet your tone!

Also – when I say finely, I actually mean: absolutely obliterate the stuff! Forego the mortar and pestle and hop straight to the spice/coffee grinder. You want as fine a powder you can possibly get.

To use, sit before the mirror and apply as generously or sparingly as you see fit, speaking/visualizing/commanding that you have an air of warmth to soften even the hardest of hearts.

Luck in Love Charm

Take (2) copper coins (such as a penny) and adorn them in oil or perfume to match your intent – I recommend my Attraction Oil. Place the first coin face-up and drop red wax upon it. Acting swiftly, place a rose petal in the wet wax. Again, drip the wax, now upon the petal – using it to cement the other coin face down so that the faces look to one another. Place in a small, red bag worn about the neck or drop it into your left shoe.

Seven-Knot Ribbon

1 —– 2 —– 3 —– 1 —– 3 —– 2 —– 1

Cut a length of red ribbon, and sit before a candle. On the first day, place one knot at the center and one on either edge of the ribbon – let the candle burn 1/3 of the way down, tie the cord around your (left) wrist – ensuring another knot is not place upon it permanently. On the second day, tie another knot 1/3 of the way from the edge to the center knot on both sides – the knots should number 5. Tie the cord into your hair or about the neck and let the candle burn another 1/3. On the third day, finish the cord by placing a knot on either side between the newest and middle knot, allowing the candle to burn all the way out. Tuck the ribbon into your underwear to draw love to you.

7-Day Candle Drawing

To draw a specific person, secure a personal affect – in this case, hair is the best – and upon a square of paper write (without lifting your pen) your own name and the name of he/she you wish to draw to you into a circle. It doesn’t have to be pretty, don’t worry – and you may wish to forego dotting the “i”s and crossing the “t”s. Fold the paper in half so that the names are face-to-face (ideally, the paper should be folded from corner to furthest corner – forming a triangle, but don’t sweat it too much). Sandwich the personal affect (along with one of your own) between the names – if you’re using hair, twist your hair around his/hers. Place upon this a 7-Day Candle – Our Lady of Guadalupe is fine – and light.

Allow the candle to burn until it has almost reached its end. Remove the paper and drop it into the flame. Allow the candle to burn the rest of the way – love is on its way.

Re-visibility Spell

theweepytree:

image

Description: If you feel that you are invisible to those around you -or- like me, unknowingly made yourself that way, this is the spell to undo that!

Type: Candle Magic (I am quite fond of it)

Necessary Materials:

  • Large paper
  • Black Candle with wick removed (or a white candle colored black like I did hahaha)
  • White Candle
  • Sigils or symbols to represent the sun
  • Lighter

Process: Draw up some sigils. I used two, overlapped. One was an artistic, creatively represented sun to appeal to the organic energies at play, the other was the  traditional symbol for the sun, to appeal to logic and sciences.  Channel lots of warm, sunny, bright energies into it.

image

Program your black candle. This candle represents you, in your current invisible state. I used statements like “This candle represents me. This is me in the shadows. This is me, where no one notices me. This is me, in my invisible state. This is me, and the void I placed myself in.”  Place it at the center of your paper.  You may want to stick some cardboard underneath your paper so it doesn’t stick to whatever surface it is rested on.

image

Stack your white candle on top of it. This represents you, now. We are using white to refill the void, to offer light against the dark for stark contrast. You are in plain sight, now.

Light your candle; use the fire to empower your will. State your intentions, whatever they may be. Mine were to be quite the opposite of what I had been all this time. You may not want all of the attention. I used things like this: “I am a beacon of light. I am bright as fire. I am special, I am noticed, I turn heads, I am powerful, I am wanted.” Be specific though, as it would be easy for this to backfire. I altered it by saying things like: “I attract only the attention I want, only the right attention, I am noticed in the right way, etc.”

Seal it. I like to do this verbally and symbolically. The spell seals itself by burning down and melting all over the dark candle, sealed away and taken over by the new, visible you.

I also seal with my favorite phrase: “I will it, and so it is.”

image

I thought the way it burned down was quite interesting.

Personal notes: Shortly after I did this, one of my new co-workers came to me and urged me to get a job at the location she will be at. “I rarely meet people that I think I will like, and I really really think we’re going to be good friends!”

That felt really nice, I haven’t heard anything like that in a long long longngngngngn time.

I also recently have a lot of people asking me to work with them, which is so important in my industry. That is exciting.

I am sure there will be more to come with this!

breaking down barriers: a love spell for healthy communication

f8lm8n:

sometimes it feels like we’re stuck in a rut in our relationships, like there’s something that needs saying but no one is saying it. that’s where this spell comes in handy! the intention behind this spell is to break down the barriers that are keeping open and honest communication from happening between two people in a relationship and (hopefully) cause them to become closer. though it was designed specifically for romantic love, this spell can also be used for friendships, family ties, or other forms of platonic love. DO NOT cast this spell if you aren’t prepared for what might come to light as a result!

MATERIALS:

  • a large yellow candle
  • a pink candle
  • a piece of thread/string/etc
  • an object/picture that represents you
  • an object/picture that represents the other person
  • scissors

DIRECTIONS:

  1. take your candles and set them about 8″ apart in the middle of your altar (or whatever magic-working space you use). tie one end of the thread/string/whatever you’re using around each candle, about halfway down. this will act as your “barrier”. (HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT IT WILL LOOK LIKE, EXCUSE MY SHITTY WEB DRAWING)
  2. place the thing that symbolizes you on one side of the “barrier” and the thing that represents your loved one on the other side.
  3. light the each candle (the yellow then the pink) and, as they begin to melt down, imagine any barriers that are keeping you from expressing your feelings to the other melting down as well. visualize ideas, feelings, and thoughts flowing freely and lovingly between you and any obstacles becoming burned away.
  4. once the candles burn down to the place where the thread is tied, cut the thread. the barriers between you are now broken, and you will find it much easier to communicate openly with one another.

TIP: if you have any incense lying around, burn it while you are working this spell to give it an extra “boost” since air is an element that is strongly associated with communication (due to the fact that it carries things from one place to another). vanilla, jasmine, and rose are a few that i would recommend to focus on the ~love~ aspect of this spell

A Spell to Banish and Protect: “Restraining Order Bottle”

tarigrove:

Supplies:

o   An airtight jar or bottle.

o   Black or red craft paint and a small paintbrush OR a black or red sharpie marker.

o   Simple taglock representing the person or thing that you want to banish.  Something that includes DNA – such as hair – is very powerful, but a slip of paper with the name that you know the target as can serve just as well also!

o   A few things (or representations of some of the things) that your target hates (foods, scents, colors, images, written examples of what they hate, etc). If you can, add something that you know they are allergic to.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Suggested Ingredients:
o   A few drops of my Banishing Potion
o   A Keep Away Stone
o   Basil
o   Bay Leaves (crushed or whole)
o   Black Salt
o   Black and/or Red Crystals
o   Black and/or Red Pepper
o   Black and/or Red Wax Chips
o   Cayenne Pepper
o   Cactus Spines
o   Crumbled Dragon’s Blood Incense
o   Dead Spiders (added as a warning to your target)
o   Eggshells (crushed into a powder)
o   Juniper Berries
o   Pumice
o   Red Pepper (crushed or in flakes)
o   Rosemary
o   St. John’s Wort
o   Tobacco
o   Willow Branches
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Spell Steps:

Step 1: If you will be using the Banishing Potion and/or the Keep Away Stone, make those in advance.

Step 2:  Prepare for your spell.  Make sure that you have your supplies and ingredients on hand; meditate; cleanse yourself and your area; make sure that you are grounded, centered, and protected; take any of the steps that you usually would when engaging in magick work.

Step 3: Take your dry ingredients and mix then together. As you add each ingredient to the mixture, focus on its banishing abilities; imagine it radiating your desire for this person to leave you alone.

Step 4: Take your bottle or jar and fill it about halfway with your mixture. Shake the bottle a bit to help the mixture settle.

Step 5: Add in your taglock, and whatever items that you are using to represent things that your target hates.  If you are using a Keep Away Stone, add that in now as well.

Step 6:  Add in the rest of your ingredients, and finish off with a few drops of the Banishing Potion if you are using it.

Step 7:  Taking your marker or paint, add a copy of your ‘restraining order’ to the outside of the bottle.  Be sure to include your target’s name, as well as the distance that you want between you and your target.

Step 8:  Seal your bottle completely and give it a few shakes, thinking about how much you want your target to stay away.

Step 9:  End the spell and ground yourself.

Step 10:  Put the bottle somewhere safe and preferably dark; let it do most of its work in the shadows.  If you feel that your Restraining Order is about to be infringed on or broken, grab your brightest light (flashlight app, actual flashlight, mirror reflecting the sun – whatever you have on hand, seriously) and shine it directly at the bottle. Take the bottle and shake it a few times, repeating the same words that you used when you first created your bottle <3

Break A Spell Cast Against You

belladonnaswitchblog:

*If you believe a spell has been cast against you, perform this spell*

image

~Materials~

  • Large black candle
  • Cauldron (or large black or dark colored bowl)
  • Water

~Instructions~

  1. Place the candle in the cauldron. The candle must be tall enough to extend a few inches above the cauldron’s rim. Affix the candle to the bottom of the cauldron with warmed beeswax or the drippings of another black candle so that it will not tip over.
  2. Fill the cauldron to the rim with fresh water, without wetting the candle’s wick. An inch or two of the candle should remain above the water. Deep breathe, meditate, clear your mind, and light the candle.
  3. Visualize the suspected spell’s power as residing within the candle’s flame. Sit in quiet contemplation of the candle and visualize the power flowing and growing with the candle’s flame (yes the power against you). As the candle burns down, its flame will eventually sputter and go out as it contacts the water. As soon as the flame has been extinguished by the water, the spell will be dispersed.
  4. Break your visualization of the spell’s power; see it explode into dust, becoming impotent.
  5. Bury the leftover water and candle remains far away. It is done.

Return To Sender Spells

belladonnaswitchblog:

image

You have every right to return what was given, whether it was baneful energy, harmful thoughts or emotions, or even a broken heart. I think of these spells as asking the Universe to send our problems back to where they came from, because they will find their way eventually. The glory of these spells is you don’t have to wait, you can remove it now. The right herbs, oils, and other ingredients can help it find its way home faster.
Remember, you have every right to restore order to your life. The Universe is all about balance, and you are merely working in accord with the Cosmos.
The spell can be as simple or elaborate as you want. By the dark moon phase which is the ideal time, I have all I needed charged and consecrated, ready to be used. I like to add appropriate oils and herbs to the candle, and I usually carve into the candle something like in the picture, or if I know who I got the trouble from, I use the person’s name. If you have no clue where it came from, don’t worry about it. The Universe lknows who it belongs to.

  • ~A Sample Spell~
  1. Take an indigo, white, or black candle. Carve into it the name of the sender. If the identity of the suspect in unknown, write “To all who harm” or simply “Back to where you belong.”
  2. Dress the candle with strong return to sender oil such as Rue or Ginger. You may next dress the candle with herbs of the same properties. Put it in its holder and light the sucker up.

It can be THAT simple as long as everything you do in the working is focused on the intent of ridding yourself of what belongs to somebody else.
A little tip if you do Return to Sender and want to know who the sender was – just pay attention to the people around you and see if their attitudes and habits change; They are either going through something in their lives that is just nobodies business, or they were slapped by a bit of what they put out.
